A physical chemist and molecular spectroscopist, I am the Professor of Chemistry and Physics at Central Wyoming College in Riverton, Wyoming, where I have taught since 2010. I teach the full general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics sequences, as well as astronomy and physical science.
My research background is in Raman spectroscopy and bone biomechanics. I earned my BS in Chemistry from SUNY Binghamton and my PhD from Syracuse University, and completed postdoctoral work at the University of Michigan and a visiting appointment at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
At CWC I serve as CWC’s Network Institutional Coordinator for Wyoming INBRE and the director of the West Central Regional Science Fair.
